How long can I have the Snap Stand for my event?

We have three base packages with hire durations ranging from 3 hours, 4 hours and 5 hours. However, you’re welcome to extend this if required, no problem at all.

How many photos can I take?

Great news – you have unlimited digital photos or physical Photo Strips. Note that in Photo Strip Mode, you’ll received 2 strips for each photo session taken, and you can take as many photo sessions as you like!

How quickly do I receive my photos?

The Snap Stand will send all digital images instalty via text message or email, right from the main screen. Physical Photo Strips take only seconds to print and uses high quality dye sublimination method, meaning they’re instantly dry once printed.

Do I need a power supply on site?

Yes, the Snap Stand requires a regular power point to plug into. However, if there is no electricity available to your location, we can provide a portable Battery Pack for you.

Do I need a Wi-Fi connection at the venue?

Yes, the Snap Stand requires Wi-Fi to be able to send images (and to connect to the printer if you’ve selected that option). Most homees/venues have Wi-Fi these days, however if Wi-Fi is not available to your location, we can provide a mobile broadband service for you.

Can you supply a photo booth attendant at my function?

Yes, we certainly can. The Snap Stand is very intuitive and simple to operate for yound and old. However, if you’d like to have a uniformed attendant on site to operate the Snap Stand for you, we can assist. Refer to the PRICING tab for more information.

What if my event is not in the Melbourne Metropolitan area?

Best if you get in contact with us via the ENQUIRE tab and tell us a little bit about your event. The Snap Stand is able to be sipped long distances as it can be packed into a custom Travel Case. Conditions apply and pricing depends on the locations.

Is it possible to get copies of all images taken at my event?

Absolutely. After your event is finished, we can emal you a link to the entire lbrary of images from your special event (usually the next day).

How long will it take to set up the Snap Stand on site?

Typically this takes around 30 minutes to set up and be operational. Same again for pack-down after the event. If you’ve elected the PRINTER option, this can add a few minutes to the set-up process. We arrive 1 hour before the designated start time, just to ensure that everything is set up and running smoothly.

Can you create a custom message for the photo template?

Yes, you can have your own custom message or corporate logo on the photo strips and/or digital photos.

Can you set up a Snap Stand outside?

Yes, it can be done, provided the location is undercover and sheltered from any rain. Remember that you’ll also need access to a standard 240v power point close by.

My event is upstairs and there's no Elevator on site. Can you still set up?

Sure can, but you’ll need to make this known well in advance so that we can be prepared. This would likely include a second assistant to help carry, or use of a stair climbing trolly which we would bring to your location.

How much space is required for the Snap Stand?

The Snap Stand is super compact and its footprint measures 300mm x 400mm

Is it possible to have our corporate branding on the body of the Snap Stand?

Yes it is. We have a partner company who can produce custom branding in full vinyl wrap (or a small sticker) which can be attached to the front of the Snap Stand.
